Always check with the manufacturer to determine how to wash a specific product. All our trays and platters that are made solely from stainless steel can be washed in your dishwasher or by hand. Trays and platters that include other materials, such as wood, nickel, brass, or enamel plating, should be washed by hand. Leather trays should only be wiped by hand.
