Can I return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused merchandise in the original packaging. Items must be new, unused, and in shelf-ready condition. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Exceptions to this return policy include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Sale items, discounted items, special orders, and monogrammed items are not returnable.
• Items purchased from a third-party retailer cannot be returned to Mary Jurek Design Inc. Please contact the retailer directly for an exchange or return.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
Merchandise that is not returned in accordance with the conditions listed above will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Special condition: If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please send photos of the merchandise to our email [email protected] or use the Contact Us feature at the right-hand edge of this page. Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, you may need to return the item. All damaged and defective merchandise returns are subject to approval.
How do I return my order?
To return your order, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing [email protected] and providing the following information:
• Order number
• Name of purchaser
• Items to be returned
• Reason for return
Please allow 2-5 business days to receive an email with your RA number and return instructions.
Once you have received your return instructions, please ensure that:
• All items are returned in new, unused, and shelf-ready condition within 30 days of receipt
• A copy of your original invoice is included with your return.
• Your RA number is clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
